Impact Protection Heavy Duty Middle Post

The Traffic-Line impact railing system is a heavy-duty barrier system designed to segregate traffic lanes from pedestrians for effective protection from vehicles and is ideal for protecting work areas, equipment, machinery and plant. Due to this versatile and modular system, damaged sections are easily replaced.

This Traffic-Line heavy-duty middle post measures 500mm x 100mm x 100mm. The baseplate is 200mm x 200mm x 10mm thick with 4 pre-drilled holes. The post offers a modular design for quick and easy installation, superior build quality and strength and can be easily extended at any stage, making it ideal for customised applications. Rails are secured to this post using counter sunk bolts, which provide a flush, snag-free fixing of lateral rails to posts.

To secure the heavy-duty middle post to the ground, 4 12/120 through bolt anchors or 4 surface fixing bolts are required, which are available at an extra cost.
